Protection Orders and Full Faith and Credit

Created by Barbara J. Hart and Millicent Shaw Phipps for the Alliance in October of 2010, this webinar presents information on the full faith and credit provision of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and its most recent changes enacted in VAWA III. The webinar focuses on the enforcement of protection orders across state, tribal, and territorial jurisdictional lines. The Webinar also discusses how protection orders are enforced, issues involving specific types of protection orders, and tools, written materials and resources for use in daily work.
