Family Justice Center Legal Network Client Information Manual

The FJC Legal Network Client Information Manual, created by the Alliance in 2010, contains a variety of valuable information and resources for a victim of domestic violence. The manual is broken down by the following chapters: Your Rights; Restraining Orders; Evidence; Court; Mediation; Child Welfare Services; Divorce, Custody, and other Civil Legal Issues; Information about the Criminal Legal System; Domestic Violence Information; and Other Assistance Programs Systems That You May Qualify For. The objective of this manual is to help clients understand the process of the civil, criminal, and social systems and assist clients in making an informed decision about what is best for the client and their family.
